Christmas worship in the Kingdom of God church gathered several hundred believers and invited guests. Traditionally, the feast began with a common caroling with worshiping the newly born Son of God. Also, Christmas songs were performed by Sunday school students and participants of the youth club "WaterWalkers".
During the sermon, Bishop Oleksandr Rudynets called to reflect on the meaning of Christmas and not delay with the decision to accept Jesus as his or her Savior. Even more profound content was added to the holy performance "Christmas Tale". Sunday school students shared about eternal values and the importance of every person in God's eyes. Especially pleasing was the greeting address from the first deputy of Lutsk city mayor Igor Polischuk. In the end of the meeting every child got a sweet present.
The second day of Christmas was devoted to the works of mercy, which has become a good tradition of the church. More than 300 participants attended the Christmas holidays. There were children and adults from socially needy families and families who were in difficult life situations. The event was organized in cooperation with the Children's Mission Ukraine and representatives of local authorities. First and foremost, children and adults were greeted with festive carols, and then with songs from church ministers and Sunday school students. The culmination of the festival was the performance "Christmas Tale" and the mentoring of Bishop Oleksandr Rudynets. The meeting ended with a call to repentance and giving out the gifts for children.
